Check – It’s where you don’t have to bet. This generally happens when you are the big blind or after the community cards appear and you first to act.
Fold – This is where you give up that hand. You just throw them away and wait for a new hand to start.
Now this what I am throwing in just in case you didn’t know
Bet – This is just what it says, you bet whatever you want.
Raise – This is what you can do when someone bets and another person bets something higher.
Call – This is just when you call the initial bet that someone has made.
Small Blind – This is half of the big blind. This and the big blind are left of the dealer button and this is first.
Big Blind – The big blind is made just to continue and develop a pot. If there was not blind , everyone can fold and the big blind seat will get nothing.
Dealer button – This is just to show where the Small and Big blind will be posted.
Community Cards – These are the cards that you can use with your two whole cards. The first three that appear are called the flop. Then one card is put down is known as the turn and finally the river is the fifth and final card.
Hope this helps!
