No, the person to the left of the DEALER (BUTTON) recieves the first card – Whoever is on the small blind. the person to the left of the big blind is the first person to act. so he can either call, raise, or fold.

If you call the pot, then I assume you call the entire pot put down by the two blinds at the beginning..but after one round with no betting the first blind guy puts down only one chip when it’s his turn, and not what should be at least three chips…which would match his first blind and the other players two chips. When the pot keeps getting bigger, to call, do you bet the equal amount that’s in the pot on the table, or do you bet the equal amount of the bet to your right?

Why did Mary win the hand at about 3:00? I know she had cards of the same suit, but for a straight I thought they had to be in a row?
